SHIPPING RATES
All items are sent by Royal Mail's or Parcel Force's trackable, signed for and insured services. We aim to get them dispatched within 24-48 hours and delivery in the UK within 2-3 days - further afield depends upon local postal services, please allow up to 28 days! If an item is out of stock or there are any issues with your order we try to contact you immediately (by phone or email) to resolve the problem. We have changed our shipping rates in an effort to make them more fair! But as a consequence they are complicated. Each type of item has a 'Shipping Unit'; and if you purchase more than one item, add the shipping units together and check the chart below to determine the postal costs.
RETURNS
If you are not happy with anything you have purchased, we are happy to offer you a 14 day returns policy. Please send an e-mail to us before you return goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and why, and we will let you know where to return the goods. If you return an item it must be in original condition with all tags and labels attached, as well as any original packaging. You must also enclose your receipt when returning your item. On receipt of the item we will process your refund minus the original postage charge. We are willing to exchange your returned item for a different size or another product but you will incur postage costs. You only have to pay this if returning a item for an exchange.
